Additional guests are $10/person/night. 2 Night Minimum. Inquire about monthly rates. Refundable cleaning/damage/pet deposit and rent plus tax required for reservation. Cancellation must be two weeks prior to avoid fee. Guests are asked to do light housekeeping if staying a week or longer.
