Rates are for 8 people. Additional people @$15/person/night. 2 Night minimum. Refundable cleaning/damage/pet deposit and rent plus tax required for reservations; cancellation must be two weeks prior to avoid fee. Guests are asked to do light housekeeping if staying a week or longer.
